New Helic City

Capital of the Helic Republic. The city is almost split into two parts the old and new quarter. The old quarter consists of the president's mansion and other historical places relevant to Republican history, including an extensive Ancient Zoidian collection split between the library and museum. The Old Quarter is also home to maze-like alleys that one who grew up here would only know how to use. The New Quarter contains most of the housing and commerce of New Helic City. Most visitors and residents alike spend the majority of their time here.
